Normand Fiola

Normand "Babe" Fiola, 72, of Fairhaven, formerly of Fall River, died Thursday, August 16, 2007. The son of the late Fortunat and Blanche (Levesque) Fiola, he lived in Fall River most of his life. A Navy veteran of the Korean War, he had an interest in politics and enjoyed fishing and dancing. Survivors include his former wife Frances (Serba) Fiola; daughters, Margaret Miranda and Christine Fiola, a grandson, Dylan Miranda and siblings, Raymond and Irene Fiola, all of Fall River and nieces and nephews. His funeral will be held Saturday at 9:00 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River with a funeral mass in St. Mary Cathedral at 10:00 AM. Burial, Notre Dame Cemetery. Visitation, Friday 4:00 to 8:00 PM. PORTICO, LARGE PARKING AREA and BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home. Please omit flowers.
