Norman P. Lafrance

Norman P. LaFrance, 93, of Milliken Blvd., Fall River, husband of the late Beatrice (Berube) LaFrance, died Monday, November 10, 2008. A meat manager for Stop and Shop for many years, he was a former co-owner, with his brother, of White's Restaurant, Westport and White Spa Restaurant and Catering, Fall River. He leaves, 4 children, Pauline Fitzgibbons and her husband Ted of The Villages, FL, Elaine Soares and her husband James of Fall River, Suzanne Medeiros and her husband Edward of The Villages and Donald LaFrance and his companion Shirley Torres of Woodstock, NH; grandchildren, Timothy, Jeffrey and Shawn Fitzgibbons, James Soares, Kelly Carvalho and Mark Gillet; 4 great-grandchildren; siblings, Philip and Blanche LaFrance, both of Fall River and nieces and nephews. He was the grandfather of the late Christopher James Fitzgibbons, the son of the late Philippe and Anna (Couet) LaFrance and the brother of the late Roger and Roland Aime LaFrance.
