Norman C. LaForce, Sr., 60, of Willow St., Fall River, died Saturday, November 4, 2006 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident in Fall River that day.
He was the husband of Marie "Maggie" (Paul) LaForce.
Born in, and a lifelong resident of Fall River, he was the son of the late William L. and Guilhermina (Cabral) LaForce.
He was employed by Hollywell Health Care Center, Randolph and was previously employed by Frito-Lay.
Besides his wife of 39 years, he leaves
a daughter, Rhonda Provost and her fiancé Rocky Verissimo of Tiverton;
2 brothers, William L. LaForce, Jr. of Florida and Scott W. LaForce of Fall River;
4 sisters, Selina Joyce Silvia of Tiverton and Barbara C. Mello, Charlene Mary Pacheco and Patricia F. Oliveira, all of Fall River;
2 grandchildren, Madison and Jakob LaForce;
an aunt, Laura Buckley of Fall River and nieces and nephews.
He was the father of the late Norman C. LaForce, Jr. and the brother of the late Cynthia L. Swist.
His funeral will be held Monday at 8:00 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass in Holy Name Church at 9:00 AM.
Burial, Notre Dame Cemetery.
Visitation, Sunday 2:00 to 6:00 PM.
