Norman H. "Biggy" St. Amour

Norman H. "Biggy" St. Amour, 88, of Westport, husband of 34 years of Agatha (Martin) St.Amour, died Tuesday, July 22, 2014. An Army Air Corps veteran of WW II, he was employed by Stop & Shop Supermarkets and Grand Central Markets. He was a Paul Harris Fellow and Honorary Member of the Fall River Rotary Club and a member of the "Over The Hill Gang". He was the father of Diane Tripp (husband Ralph) of New Bedford, Norman St. Amour (late wife Cheryl) of Harrisburg, PA, Paul St. Amour (wife Gayle) of Dothan, AL, Bruce St. Amour (wife Joy) of Somerset, Mark St. Amour (late wife Mary) of Fall River, Lisa Theriault (husband Steve) of Somerset, Michael St. Amour of New Jersey and late Brian St. Amour (wife Cynthia of Swansea); the stepfather of Robin Arruda of Berkley and Rosemarie Arruda (husband Dan Whalen) of San Francisco, CA; the brother of Albert "Gus" St. Amour (wife Claire) of Fall River, Alice Kraska (husband Walter) of Swansea and the late Beatrice Berube, Isabel Ciafardini, Florence Labecki, and Edmund, Frederick "Dick" and Robert St. Amour and the son of the late Ulric and Flora (Moreau) St. Amour. He also leaves many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. His funeral will be held Friday at 10:45 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass at St. John the Baptist Church, Westport, at 12:00 noon. Burial, Pocasset Hill Cemetery, Tiverton. Visitation, Friday morning prior to the funeral from 9:00 to 10:45 AM. LARGE PARKING AREA and BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home. Please omit flowers.
