Noreen (Souza) Coupe

Noreen (Souza) Coupe, 72, of 1748 Highland Ave. Fall River, formerly of Swansea and Somerset, entered into rest on Monday, November 26, 2012 at Charlton Memorial Hospital. Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Jessie (Souza) Souza. An employee with Trina, Inc. for 29 years, she previously worked for K.B. Sportswear for 3 years. She was a waitress for V.F.W., Tiverton, RI for 5 years. Noreen was a member of Fall River Church of Christ, (Pastor Mike Mullen and his wife Nancy). She considered the members of the church as her extended family. She leaves two daughters, Traci-Lynn Barbosa and Lyndel Silvester (husband Steve), all of Fall River; a son-in-law, Kevin Barbosa of Fall River; five grandchildren, Heather Carvalho, Steve Silvester, Jr. Joshua Silvester, Jessica Barbosa and Samantha Barbosa; six great-grandchildren, Cody and Courtney Carvalho, Xavier Bosco, Zoey Lynn, Nathan and Gavin Silvester. She was the sister of the late Ronald Souza and Barbara Santerre. Following cremation, a funeral service will be held TUESDAY, DECEMBER 4TH AT 6:00 P.M. in Fall River Church of Christ, 840 Rock St. Fall River, MA 02720.
