Noella (Picard) Kippax, 100, formerly of County St., Fall River, widow of Albert Kippax, Jr., died Wednesday, December 31, 2008. A hairdresser, she operated Center Beauty Studio and taught at the beauty academy, both in downtown Fall River. She made the ceramic Nativity set for the First Baptist Church. She leaves a son, Albert Kippax, III and his wife Eleanor of Glen Oaks, NC; grandchildren, Elizabeth Archer of CA and Albert D. Kippax and Bruce Kippax, both of NC; a great-grandson, Steven Archer and nieces and nephews. She was the daughter of the late Alphonse and Anna (Morrissette) Picard and the sister of the late Marie Fuller, Lucinda Carrier and Theophile, William, Aime and Alphonse Picard.
