Muriel A. (Coulombe) Lanouette

Westport - Muriel Ann (Coulombe) Lanouette, 72, of Westport, passed away peacefully on November 19, 2015. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Leo, her brothers, Richard Coulombe (fiancée Beverly Roberts), Roger Coulombe (wife Michelle), and numerous nieces and nephews, together with a very large extended family. Born in New Bedford, MA on July 1,1943, she was the daughter of the late Lionel and Albina (Robitaille) Coulombe. She completed her nursing education at the Cape Cod Hospital School of Nursing in Hyannis, MA, in 1962 and obtained her B. S. degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth in 1980. During her lifetime, she successfully managed a varied career in the dual fields of nursing and accounting. After cremation, a memorial service will be held to celebrate her life, details to be announced at a later date.
