Muriel Barcelou

Muriel (Marchand) Barcelou, 85, of Tiverton, widow of Albert F. "Lucky" Barcelou, died Saturday, Sep.19, 2015. She enjoyed playing bingo at Our Lady of Grace, jigsaw puzzles, scratch tickets, elephants and crocheting. She was like a mother/grandmother to many and will be greatly missed. She leaves children, Kenneth L. Barcelou (wife Joanne) of Rumford, Bruce Barcelou (wife Michele) and Susan Rebello (companion David Landry) all of Tiverton and Renee Dumont (husband Scott) of Fall River; grandchildren, Christine Botelho (husband George), Michael Rebello (wife Rachel), Benjamin Barcelou (wife Emily) and Alycia and Micaela Barcelou, great-grandchildren Ian Botelho and Abigail and Layla Rebello; siblings, Pauline Muntz and Rene Marchand. She was the daughter of the late Raoul and Opalma (Benoit) Marchand. Visitation, Tuesday, 09/29/15, from 4:00 to 8:00 PM in the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral service at 7:30 PM. LARGE PARKING AREA and BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home.
