Milton C. Borges

Milton Borges, 33, of Fall River, died Friday, June 7, 2013. Born in Furnas, Sao Miguel, Azores, he was the son of Connie (Carreiro) Machado of Fall River and the late Norberto Borges. An animal lover, especially dogs and an avid sports fan, especially the Boston Bruins, he loved spending time with his family and friends. Besides his mother, he leaves his grandmothers, Graziela Machado and Libania Borges, both of Furnas; brothers, Filipe Borges and Kyle Machado; a sister, Patricia Botelho and her husband Emanuel and a nephew, Matthew Botelho all of Fall River; aunts, uncles and cousins in Furnas and Providence and his longtime girlfriend Michelle Boyer of Fall River. Following cremation, his funeral mass will be held Wednesday, June 19, at 9:00 AM, in Sacred Heart Church, 130 Linden St., Fall River. Relatives and friends invited.
