Mildred L. (Hayes) Hall

Mildred L. (Hayes) Hall, 90, of Fall River, formerly of Somerset, wife of the late William Hall, Jr., died Thursday, June 24, 2010 at Catholic Memorial Home. Born in Fall River, the daughter of the late Daniel L. and Parmelia (Forest) Hayes, she attended Saints Peter and Paul School, graduated from Dominican Academy and Southeastern Massachusetts University and attended the University of New Hampshire. Mrs. Hall had been employed by Globe Manufacturing Co., Bristol Community College and Bristol Elder Services, retiring at the age of 80. A member of Saints Peter and Paul Parish and Past President of the Fall River Garden Club, she was noted for her sense of humor and generosity and possessed a loving family and many good friends. She leaves three sons, William Hall, III of Fall River and Wayne D. Hall and his wife Patrice and John T. Hall and his wife Nancy, all of Leominster, MA; grandchildren, Daniel and Jackie Hall and Michael Desmond; and nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Margaret O'Connor, M. Rita Rodgers and Daniel F. Hayes. Her funeral will be held Monday at 8:00 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass in Holy Cross Church of Saints Peter and Paul Parish, at 9:00 AM. Burial, Notre Dame Cemetery. Visitation, Sunday 5:00 to 8:00 PM.
