Michael J. "Mickey" Litaway

Michael J. "Mickey" Litaway, 62, of Montaup St., Fall River, formerly of Emmett St., died Tuesday, August 3, 2010. He was employed by Louis Hand and Aberdeen Manufacturing, Ideal Laundry and Lightolier. A mild-mannered and generous person, he played baseball and softball at Father Kelly Park and with the "Comets" at Columbus Park. He enjoyed golf, the Polish Home and the Liberal Club. He leaves 2 children, Jennifer A. Litaway (fiancé Christopher Neves) and Curt M. Litaway (Sandra Garcia), his former wife, Carol (Caron) Litaway; and siblings including Tanya Cummings and Sandra Litaway, all of Fall River and nieces and nephews. He was the son of the late Michael and Kathryn (Kogut) Litaway. Visitation, Saturday afternoon from 2:00 to 5:00 PM in the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a Sharing of Reflections by relatives and friends at 4:00 PM. Cremation to follow. LARGE PARKING AREA and BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home.
