Michael "Mickey" Kardosz

Michael "Mickey" Kardosz, 85, of Somerset, husband of the late Margaret "Peggy" (McCarthy) Kardosz, died Wednesday, August 5, 2015. An Air Force veteran of the Korean War and member of Post 72, Amvets, Somerset, he was employed by Stop & Shop and Kraft Foods. He leaves two daughters, Michaeline Grol and her husband Leon of Fall River and Carolyn Adduci of Pelham, New Hampshire; a stepson, Paul "Butch" VanLandingham of West Tisbury, Martha's Vineyard, MA; grandchildren, Melinda Poirier, Lauren Adduci and Erik and Daniel VanLandingham; sisters, Alice Marum of Fall River and Shirley Cavanaugh of Somerset, his former wife Natalie (Sagan) Szufnarowski and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was the son of the late Harry and Frances (Molinska) Kardosz and the brother of the late Ann Kenyon, Marion Pichette, Katherine Sypek and John, Raymond and Alfred Kardosz. His funeral service will be held Monday at 12:00 noon at the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So. Main St., Fall River. Burial, St. Patrick Cemetery. Visitation, Monday morning prior to the service from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Large parking area & barrier-free entrance at the rear of funeral home.
