Michael G. Dasilva

Michael G. DaSilva, 58, of Charles St., Fall River, formerly of King Philip St., died Saturday, December 22, 2012. A musician and great guitar player, he was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War. Besides his music he enjoyed fishing and his aquarium. He leaves his parents, Humberto F. and Irene (Lebeau) DaSilva of Fall River; a son, Anthony G. DaSilva of Swansea; sisters, Linda DaSilva (Andrew Sroczynski) of Fall River and Anne Marie Medeiros (Joseph) of Westport; and nephews, Gary DaSilva, Kevin Gordon, Jordan Harrop and Jace Medeiros. His funeral will be held Friday at 11:00 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass in Good Shepherd Church at 12:00 NOON. Burial, Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne. Visitation today, Thursday 5:00 to 8:00 PM. LARGE PARKING AREA and BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home. Please omit flowers.
