Maurice Paul Tremblay

Maurice Paul Tremblay, 75, of Port Charlotte, FL, formerly of Westport, MA, passed away February 27, 2022.  He was employed for 30 years by IBM as a customer engineer.  An Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War, he was a member of the Disabled American Veterans.

Maurice enjoyed motorcycling, music and yard sales.

He leaves a brother, Roger Tremblay and his wife Darrell of Swansea; sister-in-law Katherine (Dollard) Tremblay of New York; his lifelong friend and “brother” Robert Perry of Seekonk;  numerous nieces and nephews; and many friends that he saw weekly for coffee and breakfast.  He was the brother of the late Normand Tremblay, Jr.(late wife Therese), Robert Tremblay and Alcide G. Tremblay (late wife Beatrice), and the son of the late Normand Sr. and Violetta (Caron) Tremblay.

A Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, March 30 at 10 AM at St. Dominic’s Church, Rt. 6, Swansea; Family will greet guests from 9 AM to 9:45 in the church hall.  Burial will be private.
