Maurice R. Bosse

Maurice R. Bosse, 79, of Fall River, husband of Deborah D. (Lapointe) Bosse, passed away on Friday, December 25, 2020.  He was the owner of  Maurice R. Bosse Floor Surfacing. A Grand Knight and 60 year member of Knights of Columbus, Fr. Joseph Boehr Council 4753, he was the Chairman of Bingo and former district deputy and faithful navigator,

He loved to play Santa during Christmas and was an avid hunter.  He served in the National Guard during the Berlin Crisis.

Besides his wife of 56 years he leaves two daughters, Monique Bosse and Simone Bosse;

Five grandchildren, Joshua Bosse, Matthew Bosse, Jessika Bosse, Richard P. St.Pierre II and Victoria St.Pierre; three great-grandchildren, Jack, Sofia and Max; ten siblings, Ronald Bosse, Edna Phillips, Richard Bosse, William Bosse, Rochelle Lamarre, Paulette Phillips, Denise Chouinard, Lorraine Serdynski, Theresa Haggard and Lisa Mello; many nieces and nephews. He was the son of the late Romeo A. “Romie” and Louise Anna (Lajoie) Bosse and the brother of the late Romeo A. Bosse, Jr. and Vivian Medeiros Desbiens.

His Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at 10:00 A.M. at Holy Trinity Church, Stafford Rd. Fall River.  Face coverings and social distancing required.

Visitation and burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St.Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
