Maureen "Moe" (Souza) Potvin, 70, of Norfolk St., Fall River, wife of Robert "Ted" Potvin, died Sunday, August 31, 2008. She was employed by Darwood Mfg. for 10 years and Bradley Scott Mfg. for 31 years, retiring in 1999. A student of St. Joseph School and Mount St. Mary Academy, she earned a certificate in floral design from Bristol Community College. Besides her husband of 40 years, she leaves a son, Carl S. "Dewey" Dumont and his wife Christina of New Bedford; grandchildren, Sabrina and Eric Dumont and Jamie Rogers; great-grandchildren; siblings, Theresa Richard of Fall River, William Souza of California and Donald Souza of Somerset and nieces and nephews. She was the daughter of the late William and Evelyn (Pearson) Souza and the sister of the late Sharon Davis and Dorothy Ouellette. A funeral will service will be held Wednesday at 11:00 AM in the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River. Burial, St. Patrick Cemetery. Visitation, Tuesday 4:00 to 8:00 PM.
