Mary F. (Pacheco) Botelho

Mary F. (Pacheco) Botelho, 97, of Somerset, formerly of Fall River, passed away on Thursday, April 18, 2024.

She was employed by Frito-Lay, Trina and Olympus Nursing Home.  After retiring, she volunteered as a Foster Grandmother at the Silvia School and at St.Anne’s Hospital.

She is survived by her two daughters, Judith McDonald, and Donna M. Novo (husband John); 4 grandchildren, Kristen McDonald, Danielle Borges, Charles McDonald, Jr., and Lauryn Nowak (husband Noah); 4 great-grandchildren, Jordan McDonald, Ethan Borges,D.O. (Charu Bova), Kyle Borges (Sadie Picard), and Devin Jenkis;

a great-great-granddaughter, Charley McDonald; a brother, John “Jack” Pacheco; and many nieces and nephews.

She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Ferreira) Pacheco, and sister of the late Dorothea Gregg, Lorraine Passmore, and Helene Phillip, George, Edward, Joseph, Manuel Pacheco.

A visitation will be held Monday, April 22 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 South Main St., Fall River.

Her Funeral Mass will follow at Holy Trinity Parish, 951 Stafford Rd., Fall River, at 11:30 AM.

Entombment, Notre Dame Cemetery.
