Welch, 98, of Highland Ave., Fall River; daughter of the late Martin and Helen (Fitzgerald) Welch; sister of the late Catherine Welch; survived by cousins including Kathleen Fitzgerald Shea of Somerset, Mary Orpen D'Ambrosio of Fall River, Dr. Hannah Sullivan of Tiverton and Atty. Jeremiah Leary of Little Compton. A funeral mass will be held Tuesday at 9:30 AM in the Chapel of Catholic Memorial Home, 2446 Highland Ave., Fall River. Burial, St.Patrick Cemetery.
