Mary (Viveiros) Perry

Mary (Viveiros) Perry, 97, of Fall River, widow of Joseph Perry, died Thursday, March 13, 2014 at Country Gardens, Swansea. A retired head floorlady, she was a 42-year employee of the former Fall River Knitting Mills. She leaves two sons, William J. Perry and his wife Cynthia of Somerset, and Thomas R. Perry and his wife Yvette of Assonet; grandchildren, Michael Martin and his wife Hli; Jillian Martin; Risha Isom and her husband Donald; and Ian Perry and his partner, Jessica Fontaine. She also leaves great-grandchildren, Portia Correia, Brandon and Malea Isom, and Marissa and Maddox Perry; siblings, Jorgina Pinault and John Viveiros and many nieces and nephews. She was the daughter of the late Manuel and Mary (Luz) Viveiros and the sister of the late Manuel Viveiros and Angelina Soares. Her funeral will be held Monday at 8:45 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass at St. Bernard Church, Assonet, at 10:00 AM. Entombment, Notre Dame Cemetery Mausoleum. Visitation, Sunday from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. LARGE PARKING AREA and BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home.
