Mary (Gouveia) Moniz

Mary (Gouveia) Moniz, 86, of Jouvette St., New Bedford, widow of Antonio Moniz, died Thursday, May 21, 2009. She leaves a son, Anthony J. Moniz and his companion Deborah Gonsalves; a stepdaughter, Theresa Rose Moniz and grandchildren, Shawn Clark and Cory Moniz, all of New Bedford. She was the daughter of the late Jose and Matilda (Freitas) Gouveia and the sister of the late Joseph Gouveia. Following cremation, a memorial mass will be held Saturday, June 6, in Our Lady of Mt.
