Mary A. (Leduc) Laforest

Mary A. (Leduc) LaForest, 61, of Fall River, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, July 6th, 2023.The family is deeply saddened by her sudden death.

She is the wife of Ronald P. “Rocky” LaForest.

Mary loved to attend the active day program in Fairhaven. If she wasn’t attending her program, you could find her riding her scooter around the city.

One of her favorite places to ride was the Fall River Bike Path. She loved to feed the ducks along her route. She loved to build puzzles and coloring. She also loved to watch her favorite TV show, Law and order.

Besides her husband of 37 years, she leaves her mother, Agnes (Maynard) Leduc of Fall River, and she was the daughter of the late Norman Leduc Sr. Mary is also survived by her five children, Ronald LaForest Jr, of Fall River, Daniel LaForest (fiancée Nicole Carvalho) of North Dartmouth, Cynthia LaForest of Assonet, Christopher LaForest (fiancée Jessica Smith) of Fall River and Crystal LaForest (fiancé Kevin Cashman) of Fall River; her four siblings Patricia Constant of North Carolina, Bella Hill of Fall River, Pauline Habib of Fall River and Norman Leduc of Fall River; her beloved grandsons, Anthony LaForest, Jayden Cashman, Dylan LaForest, Shane LaForest, and her only granddaughter Kiva Cashman; many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, July 12 th from 4:00 P.M to 7:00PM at the Auclair Funeral Home 690 South Main Street, Fall River. (Barrier-free entrance from the parking lot)

Her funeral service will be held Thursday, July 13 at  11:00 AM at the funeral home.

Burial Following at Notre Dame Cemetery.
