Mary (Pistorio) Hryciw

Mary (Pistorio) Hryciw, 79, of Amity St., Fall River, formerly of Hall St., died Wednesday, June 7, 2006 at Southpointe Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center. She was the wife of the late Joseph Hryciw. Born in Providence, RI, the daughter of the late Dominic and Assunta (Ferrara) Pistorio, she lived in Fall River most of her life. A member of Good Shepherd Parish, she was employed by Fall River Fireplace Co. for many years. Survivors include a daughter, Barbara Brodeur and her husband Christopher of Swansea; a son, Joseph Hryciw and his wife Darlene of East Freetown; 3 sisters, Anna Peluso of RI and Rose Coia and Petrina Marcella, both of Coventry, RI; a brother, George Pistorio of RI; 6 grandchildren, Christopher, Danielle and Nicholas Brodeur, Jay and Alyson Hryciw and Matthew Bosse; and nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Josephine Delmatio, Dominic Pistorio and Elana Spatola. Her funeral will be held Saturday at 9:30 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass in Good Shepherd Church at 10:30 AM. Burial, Oak Grove Cemetery. Calling hours Friday 4:00 to 8:00 PM.
