Mary S. (Slowik) Douglas

Mary S. (Slowik) Douglas, 97, of Somerset, passed away peacefully Monday, March 9, 2015 with her son and caregiver Richard by her side. She was the wife of the late Sgt. 1st Class William Douglas, U.S. Army. She leaves her son Richard Douglas of Somerset and granddaughters, Chelsea and Lindsay Douglas, both of Florida. She was the mother of the late Somerset High School Basketball Standout Robert W. Douglas and John R. Douglas. Her funeral will be held Monday at 9:00 a.m. from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass at St. Thomas More Church, Somerset at 10:00 a.m. Burial, Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne. Visitation, Sunday from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. LARGE PARKING AREA & BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home.
