Mary (Correira) Carvalho

Mary (Correira) Carvalho, 90, of King Road, Tiverton, widow of John Carvalho, died Friday, October 3, 2014. "She was a beautiful soul who only knew how to love and we are thankful she was ours". She was the mother of Marilyn Soares (late husband John), William Carvalho (wife Maria) and Nancy Neronha (husband Benjamin), all of Tiverton and the late John Carvalho, Jr.; the grandmother of John Soares, III (Wendy), Karen Pimentel (Ernesto), William J. Carvalho (Cara), Paula Mooney (William), Christine Hayes and Cristy Neronha (Jorge Lopes); the great-grandmother of Faye Mooney, Justin Pimentel, John Soares IV, John W. Carvalho, Cameron Soares, Kaylee Neronha and Leann Mooney; the sister of Dorothy Soares of Fall River and the late Alice Mottas and Eva Alves and the daughter of the late Manuel and Mary (Silvia) Correira. She also leaves nieces and a nephew. Her funeral will be held Monday at 8:45 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass at St. Madeleine Sophie Church, Lake Rd., Tiverton, at 10:00 AM. Burial. Pocasset Hill Cemetery, Tiverton. Visitation, Sunday from 4:00 to 7:00 PM and Monday morning prior to the service from 8:00 to 8:45 AM. LARGE PARKING AREA and BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home. Please omit flowers.
