Mary Louise (Chippendale) Brodeur

Mary Louise (Chippendale) Brodeur, 81, of Bristol, RI, formerly of Tiverton, wife of the late Gerard W. "Jerry" Brodeur, passed away Saturday, December 31, 2016.

A graduate of the former Dominican Academy, she was employed by Aetna Life & Casualty Insurance and Philips-Lightolier. She was a member of the Sakonnet Players and Classy Ladies and a CCD Teacher, Choir and Parish Council member and past-president of the Women's Guild of St. Christopher Parish, Tiverton.

She leaves two sons, Christopher Brodeur and his wife Barbara of Swansea and Mark G. Brodeur and his wife Deborah of Bristol; grandchildren, Christopher Brodeur (wife Kimberly), Danielle Certuse (husband Craig), Mikhela Brodeur (finacé Robert Arcand), Nicholas Brodeur (Fiancée Alexandria Delaney) and Hillary Brodeur (fiancé Gregory Nesse); great-grandchildren, Jonathan and Thea Brodeur and Adalynn and Drew Certuse; and nieces and nephews. She was the daughter of the late Leo and Mary (McHugh) Chippendale and sister of the late Leo Chippendale.

Her funeral will be held Thursday at 8:45 AM from the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass at St. Christopher Church, Tiverton, at 10:00 AM. Interment, Pocasset Hill Cemetery, Tiverton.

Visitation, Wednesday from 4:00 to 8:00 PM. Large parking area & barrier-free entrance at the rear of funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105.
