Maria P. "Inez" (Lerias) Melo, 70, of America St., Fall River, died Thursday, May 21, 2015, with her family by her side. A former employee of Bradley Scott Clothes Inc. and Life Care Center of Raynham, she enjoyed cooking, gardening and spending time with her family. She leaves her former husband Marcelino B. Melo of Fall River; daughters, Rose Mello-Sousa and her husband Roy of Tiverton and Olga Rovoredo and her husband Paul of Fall River; grandchildren, Jadyn and Carly Sousa, Monica Raposo, Melanie Correia and Anthony Quigley; great-grandchildren, Alexia, Ethan and Kaleb Raposo and Aaliyah, Ava and Adam Souza; and a sister, Ligia Botelho of Canada. She was the daughter of the late Manuel and Olinda (Pacheco) Lerias. Her funeral will be held Tuesday at 7:45 a.m. from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass at Good Shepherd Church at 9:00 a.m. Burial, Notre Dame Cemetery. Visitation, Monday from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. LARGE PARKING AREA & BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home. Please omit flowers. Donations may be made to the charity of one's choice.
