Maria Rosaria (Machado) Pereira, 54, of Norman St., Fall River, wife of Antone P. Pereira, died Saturday, May 3, 2008.
Born in Remedios da Bretanha, Sao Miguel, Azores, the daughter of Rita (Goncalves) Machado of Fall River and the late David Machado, she lived in Fall River for the past 30 years and was employed by Globe Manufacturing.
Besides her husband of 34 years and mother, she leaves, 3 children, Anna Machado and her husband Chris of Swansea Peter Pereira and his wife Andreia of Somerset and Gilly Pereira and his companion Sandy DaSilva of Fall River; 4 grandchildren, Kaylee and Riley Machado and Jade and Keagan Pereira; siblings, Fatima Viveiros and Ana Furnas, both of Swansea, Grace Cardoso, David Machado and Margaret Rego, all of Fall River, Rita Leite of Dartmouth and Frank Machado of Cranston, RI and nices and nephews.
Her funeral will be held Wednesday at 8:00 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral service in Luso American Pentecostal Church, 414 Rock St., Fall River at 9:00 AM.
Visitation, Tuesday 5:00 to 9:00 PM. LARGE PARKING AREA AND BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home.
