Maria Dos Anjos (Vitorino) Novo, 66, of Ridge St., Fall River, wife of Joao Novo, died Saturday, October 25, 2008.
Born in St. Michael, Azores, the daughter of the late Manuel and Alzira (Medeiros) Vitorino, she lived in Fall River for the past 48 years and was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.
Besides her husband of 48 years, she leaves, 7 children, Fatima Paiva of Rehoboth, Rose, John and Timothy Novo and Diane Viveiros, all of Fall River, Bernadette Melo of East Providence and Robert Novo of Marlborough; sons-in-law and daughters-in-law, Ronald Paiva, Joao, Maria and Dilza Novo and Michael Viveiros; grandchildren, Aires, Gabriel, Crystal, Ronnie, Justin, Jonathan, Michelle, Larissa, Katlyn, Nicole, Angely, Jacob, Kiane, Kalie and Angeleana; a great-grandson, Malaki; brothers, Carlos and Germano Vitorino, both of Fall River and nieces and nephews.
A service will be held Monday evening at 7:30 PM in the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River. .
Visitation, Monday from 5:00 to 9:00 PM. LARGE PARKING AREA and BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home. Burial, private. PLEASE OMIT FLOWERS.
