Marguerite (Dumont) Levesque

Marguerite (Dumont) Levesque, 96, formerly of Barnes Street, Fall River, passed into eternal life Friday, November 24, 2023.

She was the wife of the late Roland A. Levesque, the biggest love of her life. She adored her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Marguerite and her family shared many wonderful memories at the family summer home on the Watuppa. She traveled extensively with her husband and family, something she enjoyed immensely.

She leaves four children, Robert R. Levesque (wife Rosemarie), Muriel Schoonover (husband Verne), Jeanne Paradis (late husband Raymond) and Richard J. Levesque (wife Tina Shorette); She was the grandmother of Kevin Avellar (wife Autumn), Renee Rebello (husband David), Brian Avellar (companion Darlene), Steven Avellar (companion Sharron) Jessica Levesque (companion Nick Fottler), Jennifer Levesque and the late Matthew Levesque; She also leaves many great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.  She was the sister of the late Albert Dumont and the late Lucille Bizier and was the daughter of the late Thomas and Delvina (Fontaine) Dumont.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 29, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So.Main St. Fall River.

Her funeral will be held Thursday, November 30, at 10:00 AM from the funeral home with a Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Grace Church, Sanford Road, Westport, at 11:00 AM. Burial, Notre Dame Cemetery.
