Marguerite A. Davis

Marguerite A. "Peggy" (Lavoie) Davis, 70, of Rehoboth, passed away on Wednesday, July 11, 2018. She was happily retired and was previously employed as an Administrative Officer at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport for over 30 years. An avid card player and social coordinator, she took great pleasure in recently reconnecting with her high school classmates. She was an incredibly loving and generous person and will be missed tremendously. Survivors include her beloved son, Robert W. Davis III, two treasured granddaughters, Bryelle and Audrey Davis, all of Barrington, RI; two sisters, Rochelle Morency of Voluntown, CT and Gertrude Gryncewicz of Somerset, MA, as well as many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Andre W. Lavoie and the daughter of the late Wilfred and Ida (Ouellette) Lavoie.

A visitation will be held Sunday from 3:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. at the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So. Main St., Fall River. Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Shriners Hospital for Children, 51 Blossom St, Boston, MA 02114.
