Marc L. Garant

Marc L. Garant, 63, of Fall River, husband of Denise A. (Cote) Garant, passed away at home surrounded by loved ones on Wednesday, February 3, 2021.

A longtime carpenter, he loved playing poker and was in multiple area leagues. He enjoyed fishing, boating, and spending time with family.

Besides his wife of 44 years, he leaves two daughters, Kimberly Gauthier (husband Aaron) of Somerset and Lindsey Garant of Brooklyn, NY; three grandchildren, Elijah, Abigail and Lillian Gauthier; four siblings, including a sister, Diane Pelletier (husband Robert) of Warren and many nieces and nephews with whom his was very close with. He was predeceased by one sister and his parents, Rene J.  Garant (wife Lorraine) and Therese (Saucier) Duarte.

A visitation will be held Sunday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So. Main St., with a funeral service at 12 Noon. Cremation to follow. Face coverings and social distancing required. Online condolences at AuclairFuneralHome.com.
