Manuel V. "Butch" Santos, 56, of Old Fall River Rd., Dartmouth, formerly of Fall River, died Sunday, March 30, 2008.
An employee of New England Electropolishing, Fall River, he raised pigeons and was a collector of antique clocks.
He was the husband of 25 years of Michele (Halbardier) Santos; the son of Manuel F. Santos of Fall River and the late Agnes (Abreu) Santos; the brother of Robert Santos (wife Deborah) of Westport and the late Phyllis Patricio and Sandra Santos; the son-in-law of Raymond and Frances Halbardier and the brother-in-law of Paula Soares (husband Jimmy) of Somerset, Diane Vieira (husband Jimmy) of Bristol, RI, Denise Shannon (husband Joseph) of Westport and David Halbardier (wife Colleen) of Fall River and also leaves his dear friends, the owners and employees of New England Electropolishing.
His funeral will be held Thursday at 9:00 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass in Good Shepherd Church at 10:00 AM. Burial, Notre Dame Cemetery.
Visitation, Wednesday 4:00 to 8:00 PM. LARGE PARKING AREA AND BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home. Donations may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care, 502 Bedford St., Fall River MA 02720.
