Manuel C. Mello

Manuel C. Mello, 81, of Tiverton, husband of Lorraine (Ferreira) Mello, died Saturday, April 30, 2011. A finish carpenter employed by Compton Construction, he was a former Tiverton volunteer firefighter and an Army veteran of the Korean War. Survivors include 3 children, Cynthia Cordeiro (husband Louis) of Tiverton, Donna Leduc (husband Roland) and Manuel A. Mello (wife Catherine) both of Swansea; 3 grandchildren, Michael and Daniel Leduc and Miranda Lee Mello. 2 siblings, John C. Mello and Beatrice Ferreira, both of Tiverton. Funeral service Tuesday at 10 AM in AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 S. Main St. Fall River. Burial, Newport Memorial Park. Visitation Monday from 4 to 8 PM.
