Manuel Lourenco

Manuel Lourenco, 66, of Sodom Rd., Westport, formerly of Fall River, husband of Natalia (Moniz) Lourenco, died Monday, January 17, 2010. Besides his wife of 43 years, he leaves, 2 sons, Paul Jorge Lourenco of Westport, and Valter Lourenco and his wife Karen of New Bedford; a grandson, Josh Lourenco of New Bedford; siblings, Maria Tavares and John Lourenco, both of Fall River; a nieces and nephews. Born in Feteiras do Sul, St. Michael, Azores, the son of the late Jose and Matilde (Carvalho) Lourenco, and the brother of the late Jose Lourenco, he was a resident of the New Bedford Health Care Center for the past 5 years. His funeral service will be held Thursday evening at 7:00 PM, in the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River. Cremation to follow. Visitation, Thursday prior to the service from 4:00 to 7:00 PM. LARGE PARKING AREA and BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home.
