Manuel M. Lopes

Manuel M. Lopes, 83, of Fall River, passed into eternal life on Friday, June 12, 2020.  He was the husband of the late Maria (Duarte) Lopes.  Born in Ponta Delgada, Saint Michael, Azores, he was the son of the late Antonio DeCosta Lopes and Gorgina (Machado) Lopes.

He was a Professional Wrestling fan and liked to watch old Kung Fu and western movies.

He leaves four children, Maria Medeiros (husband Manuel), Anna Canales (husband Luis), Diane Keyser (companion Gary Pires) and Manuel Lopes;

10 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren

and siblings and nieces and nephews living in the Azores.

A Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Anthony of Padua Church, Bedford St. Fall River.  Facial coverings are required.

Visitation prior to the Funeral Mass, in the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 South Main St., Fall River from 8:00 AM to 10:15 AM (Friends are invited to pay their respects at the funeral home and then meet at church).

Burial will be private.
