Manuel P. Costa

Manuel Pimentel Costa, 85, of Fall River, husband of Maria V. (Amaral) Costa, passed away Friday, June 30, 2017.

Besides his wife of 50 years, he leaves two children, Jose M. Costa and his wife Grace and Margaret A. Melo and her husband Eduardo, all of Fall River; grandchildren, Ryan and Sierra Costa and Jaiden, Drake and Reagan Melo; siblings, Antonio Pimentel and Ana Amaral and her husband Jose, all of Fall River and nieces and nephews.

Born in Furnas, Sé�o Miguel, Azores, he was the brother of the late Jose Pimentel (late wife Esmeralda) and the late Joao Pimentel (wife Suzanna of Fall River) and the son of the late Jose and Maria Gloria (Casado) Pimentel.

His funeral will be held Thursday at 8:00 AM from the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass at Santo Christo Church at 9:00 AM. Interment, Notre Dame Cemetery.

Visitation, Wednesday from 5:00 to 8:00 PM. Large parking area & barrier-free entrance at the rear of funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alzheimer's Association, 309 Waverley Oaks Rd., Waltham MA 02452.
