Manuel Cabral

Manuel Cabral, Jr., 77, of No. Main St., Fall River, formerly of William St., husband of Gilda (Ferreira) Cabral, died Friday, July 13, 2012. He was employed by TPI Boatbuilding, Warren, RI. Besides his wife of 49 years he leaves, 8 children, Jose Cabral and his wife Maria, and Maria Cabral, all of Fall River, John Cabral and his wife Holly of Dartmouth, Louis Cabral, Chris Cabral, Anna Cabral, Mario Cabral and his wife Christina, and Vincent Cabral, all of Fall River; 17 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; siblings, Jose Cabral and Feliciana Benjamin, both of Fall River, and Joao Cabral in the Azores; and nieces and nephews. Born in Feteiras do Sul, Sao Miguel, Azores, he was the son of the late Manuel and Jorgina (de Jesus) Cabral, and the brother of the late Maria Ferreira and Irena Resendes. His funeral will be held Tuesday at 7:45 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass in Santo Christo Church at 9:00 AM. Burial, St. Patrick Cemetery. Visitation, Monday 5:00 to 8:00 PM. LARGE PARKING AREA and BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home.
