CLICK HERE TO VIEW THE VIDEO TRIBUTE Luis Alberto Gaspar Pereira, 63, of Fall River, a former employee of Ashworth Brothers, husband of Maria Fatima Branco Pereira and son of Maria de Luz Gaspar and the late Manuel Joaquim Pereira, entered into rest Thursday, June 16, 2016. He was an avid fan of Sporting Soccer Team and enjoyed spending time in his yard and gardening and especially cherished time spent with his grandchildren. Besides his wife of 38 years and mother of St. Michael, Azores, he leaves two children, Luis Alberto Pereira and his wife Brenda of Ayer, MA and Kristen Pereira of Fall River; grandchildren, Darian Payne, Gemini Pereira, Samatha Belzner and Amanda Belzner; and sisters and brothers. His funeral will be held Monday at 8:00 a.m. from the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass at Santo Christo Church at 9:00 a.m. Interment, St. Patrick Cemetery. Visitation, Sunday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Large parking area barrier-free entrance at the rear of funeral home.
