Lucille E. (Dupuis) St.Pierre

Lucille E. (Dupuis) St.Pierre, 78, formerly of Earle St., Fall River, widow of Arthur N. St.Pierre, Sr., died Wednesday, September 28, 2011. A lifelong resident of the Flint Section of Fall River, she was employed by Howard Curtain Manufacturing. An active member of Immaculate Conception Parish, she was a Marian Medal recipient, CCD teacher, and parish bingo volunteer. An avid bowler, she was a member of the Immaculate Conception Parish Bowling League for 25 years till her illness. She enjoyed crafts and volunteered her services wherever she saw a need to help people, including the Office of Aids Ministry for many years. She leaves five children, Cynthia Higgins (husband Eric) of Taunton, Arthur N. St.Pierre, Jr. (wife Deborah), and Cheryl Hordern (husband Gregory) all of Swansea, Norman St.Pierre (wife Jeanne) of Fall River, and Cathy Banville (husband Michael) of Dartmouth; 15 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren; a brother, Robert Dupuis of VA, and nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late Richard St.Pierre; the daughter of the late Roland and Jeannette (Ouellette) Dupuis; and the sister of the late Jacqueline Jusseaume. Her funeral will be held Saturday at 8:00 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass in Immaculate Conception Church at 9:00 AM. Burial, Notre Dame Cemetery. Visitation, Friday 5:00 to 8:00 PM. LARGE PARKING AREA and BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home. Please omit flowers.
