Lucille A. Remy

Lucille A. "Lu" (Valcourt) Remy, 63, of South Dartmouth, formerly of Center St., Fall River, died at home Wednesday, August 31, 2005. She was the wife of Robert C. Remy. Born in Fall River, the daughter of the late Ludger and Lillian (Labbe) Valcourt, she lived in Fall River most of her life and in So. Dartmouth for the past 6 months. A graduate of B.M.C. Durfee High School, class of 1960, she was a legal secretary with the law offices of Clarkin, Waldron and Tucker, Attorney Joseph Macy and Attorney John Mitchell. Besides her husband of 42 years, she is survived by 3 daughters, Pamela Remy and her husband Harold Miller, Jr., Beth Remy and Kimberly Remy, all of Dartmouth; 4 grandchildren, Lilith, Keegan, Parker and Tessa Remy-Miller and nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Donald Valcourt. Her funeral will be held Saturday at 9:30 a.m. from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass in St. Anne Church at 10:00. Burial, Notre Dame Cemetery.
