Lucille G. Menard

Lucille G. (Lavoie) Menard, 94, passed away peacefully on December 6, 2024, in Fall River. She was the wife of the late Paul F. Menard.

Lucille embraced her artistic side in numerous ways throughout her life. She had a passion for singing and found joy in expressing herself through painting and coloring. Her creativity extended beyond the canvas, as she delighted in decorating her home to reflect her vibrant personality. Additionally, Lucille enjoyed the simple pleasures of life, such as playing bingo, where she cherished the camaraderie and laughter shared with friends.

A true nature lover, Lucille's affinity for plants and gardening brought her immense joy. She nurtured her garden with care, creating a personal sanctuary that reflected her love for the beautiful world around her.

Lucille leaves behind her loving family, including her daughter, Susan (husband William Kolakowski) Barcelos, and her sons, Paul Menard and Robert Menard. She is predeceased by her son Peter Menard. Lucille's legacy is also carried on by her cherished memories of her parents, Leonidas and Anita (Vincent) Lavoie, and her late sister, Theresa Talbot.

Lucille will be remembered for her artistic spirit, nurturing heart, and the love she generously shared with those around her. Her memory will continue to inspire all who had the privilege of knowing her.
