Lucille T. (Gagnon) Angelini

Lucille T. (Gagnon) Angelini, 87, of Fall River, MA, died at home, after a brief battle with cancer on Saturday, April 16, 2016 She was born on February 10, 1929 in Fall River, to Anna (Desrosier) Gagnon and Thomas Gagnon. She was predeceased by her husband of 61 years, William J. (Bill) Angelini and her brother, Thomas Gagnon of Fall River. She is survived by her six children: Robert W. Angelini and his wife Lora of Peru, Illinois, Richard J. Angelini and his wife Angela of West Yarmouth, MA, Ann Marie Angelini of Ballantyne, North Carolina, Thomas J. Angelini of South Yarmouth, MA, William J. Angelini and his wife Beth of Attleboro, MA, Christine M. Angelini of Fall River. In addition, she is survived by 13 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and a great-great-granddaughter. Lucille was a lifelong resident of Fall River graduating from Jesus Mary Academy class of 1945. Initially as a homemaker caring for her six loving children, she later joined her husband as co-owner and operator of Angelini Jewelers. She was a loyal communicant of Our Lady of The Holy Rosary Chapel and a member of the Italian American War Veterans, Post # 10, Ladies Auxiliary. Friends and family are invited to attend visitation from 4:00 to 7:00 PM on Tuesday, April 19, at the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So. Main St., Fall River. Large parking area and barrier-free entrance at the rear of funeral home. Her funeral will be held Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. from the funeral home, with a funeral mass at 10:00 a.m. at the Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Chapel, 120 Beattie Street, Fall River. Burial will follow at Notre Dame Cemetery.
