Lorraine C. (Landry) Ziccardi

Lorraine C. (Landry) Ziccardi, 79, Of Fall River, passed away peacefully at home Sunday March 14, 2021.

Lorraine was born and raised in Fall River, MA. She was the daughter of the late Edgar & Claire (Morrissette) Landry.

Lorraine enjoyed family time with her children and grandchildren. She spent many years as a Hairdresser styling family and friends hair and working as a card merchandiser for American Greetings.   Lorraine had a kind loving heart. She loved cooking for her family especially making rice pudding & banana bread.   She loved decorating her table for holidays and always made sure the candy bowls were full for her grandchildren.  She was a talented painter in her younger years and loved to complete crossword puzzles, but at 4pm you would always find her watching Judge Judy.    Lorraine was a strong devoted single mother and will be most remembered for her warm personality and smiling blue eyes. She will be missed by all that knew her.

She leaves four children, Richard Ziccardi of Fall River, Kim Martel (husband Alan) of Fall River, Sharon Munro (husband Brian) of Somerset and Lynn Ziccardi (fiancé Mark Dillon) of Swansea; 15 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of Roger Landry (wife Christine) of Walpole, John Landry (wife Paulette) of Florida and the late Paul and Michael Landry.

The Family would like to give special thanks to: Mary Lou Wrightington, Heather Macy, Rachel Pavao for their loving care and devotion and to her sister-in-law Joyce Landry for continued friendship and faithful coffee and muffin visits.

Visitation will be held Friday March 19th from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM at Auclair Funeral Home, 690 South Main St, Fall River, with a Funeral Mass at Holy Trinity Church, Stafford Rd. at 10:00 AM. Burial, Notre Dame Cemetery.
