Lorraine Jasmin (Garahan) Messier

Lorraine M. (Garahan) Jasmin Messier, 85, of Newhall St., Fall River, formerly of Abbott Place., beloved wife of the late of Normand Jasmin and Albert "Larry" Messier, died Friday, November 19, 2010. She was formerly employed by Charlton Memorial Hospital. She leaves, four children, Paul N. Jasmin and his wife Sandra of Fall River, William V. Jasmin and his wife Barbara of Forney, TX, Mark J. Jasmin and his wife Helene of Franklin, MA and Louise A. Johnson and her husband Richard of Fairhaven, MA; grandchildren, Michael Johnson (wife Jennifer), Mark and Shawn Johnson, Melissa O'Connell (husband William), Normand Jasmin (wife Stacy), Julie Bennett (husband Albert), Justin, Laura and David Jasmin and Kate Stein (husband Corey); great-grandchildren Kalyn, William, and Aidan O'Connell, Joseph, Ethan and McKenzie Jasmin, Baylee and Blair Bennett, Nicholas Page and Nolan Stein; and a stepson, Edmond Messier (wife Marie) of Fall River. She was the daughter of the late Bernard and Martha (Pineau) Garahan and the sister of the late Mary and Bernard Garahan. Her funeral will be held Tuesday at 9:00 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass in St. Theresa Church, Tiverton at 10:00 AM. Burial, St. Patrick Cemetery, Fall River. Visitation, Monday, 4:00 to 8:00 PM. LARGE PARKING AREA and BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home.
