Lorraine (Ferreira) Emond

Lorraine (Ferreira) Emond, 85, of Bates St., Fall River, formerly of Bogle St., wife of Paul A. Emond, died Tuesday, August 6, 2013. She worked in the garment industry and was a communicant of the former Notre Dame Parish. Besides her husband of 58 years, she leaves a daughter Deborah Mickelson; grandchildren, Steven Emond and Samantha Mickelson; a great-grandson, Dyson Mickelson; nieces Geraldine Silva and Irene Ferreira and a nephew, Gerald Farias. She was the daughter of the late Manuel and Mary (Perreira) Ferreira and the sister of the late Mary Moniz, Manuel Ferreira, Alfreza Farias and Beatrice Rego. Visitation in the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, Friday from 5:00 to 8:00 PM with a funeral service at 7:00 PM. Cremation to follow.
