Lorraine R. (Chabot) Dufault

Lorraine R. (Chabot) Dufault, 93, of Westport, formerly of Somerset, wife of the late Armand A. Dufault, entered into rest Monday, May 30, 2016. A former employee of Kenneth Dress Manufacturing, she worked in the garment industry for 30 years and was a member of ILGWU-UNITE and the Somerset Village Senior Citizens Club. She leaves three children, Collette Nunes and her husband Edmond and Constance McCarthy and her husband Robert, all of Westport and Roger A. Dufault of Hampton, Virginia; grandchildren, Lisa Bernier (Michael), Darren Nunes (Paula), Glenn Nunes (Kerri), Amy Rodrigues (John), Bryan McCarthy (Tammy) and Kevin, Mark and Paul Dufault; 19 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; a sister, Rita Baker of Westport and nieces and nephews. She was the daughter of the late Arthur and Rosanna (Plante) Chabot and the sister of the late Bertha Morel and Roland, Romeo, Philip, Alexander and Leo Chabot. Her funeral will be held Friday at 8:45 a.m. from the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass at St. Patrick Church, Somerset, at 10:00 a.m. Interment, Notre Dame Cemetery. Visitation, Thursday from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Large parking area & barrier-free entrance at the rear of funeral home.
