Lorraine D. Costa (Arruda) Cabral

Lorraine D. (Arruda) Costa Cabral, 82, of Fall River, wife of the late Manuel Cabral, entered into rest Tuesday, January 12, 2016. A member of ILGWU, now UNITE, she was employed by Kim & Jim Manufacturing. She leaves three children, Steven Costa and his wife Patricia of Picayune, Mississippi, Cindy Cleary and her husband Joseph of Fall River and Linda Costa of Hyannis, MA; grandchildren, Jennifer Martins and her husband Marco, Joseph Cleary, Jr. and his wife January and Amanda Fish; great-grandchildren, Michael and Michaela Martins, Autumn Cleary, Devon Healey and Hayden Paul; a sister, Gertrude Ribbing of West Warwick, RI and nieces and nephews. She was the daughter of the late Louis and Gertrude (Fragoza) Arruda and the sister of the late Joanna Prenda, Mary Acres, Irene Soares and George and Edward Arruda. Her funeral will be held Saturday at 8:00 a.m. from the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass at Holy Cross Chapel, Pulaski St., at 9:00 a.m. Interment, Notre Dame Cemetery. Visitation, Friday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Large parking area & barrier-free entrance at the rear of funeral home.
