Lisa M. (Silva) Lofgren, 40, of Fall River, passed away Wednesday April 25, 2018.

She was a CNA and Home Health Aide. She was a very organized person who enjoyed shopping and cooking.

She leaves one son, Connor Patrick Lofgren of Fall River and two sisters, Susan Couto of Fall River and Naomi Silva of Providence, RI. She was the daughter of Abel M. and Adriana M. (Ferreira) Silva.

Her funeral will be held Monday, April 30 at 9:00 AM from the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So. Main St., Fall River with a funeral mass at Holy Trinity Church, Stafford Rd., Fall River at 10:00 AM. Cremation will follow. Visitation will be held Monday morning prior to her funeral mass from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM. Online guest book at AuclairFuneralHome.com.
