Lisa S. Cory

Lisa S. Cory, 54, of Fall River, daughter of the late Thomas F. and Lena (Sabik) Cory, passed away after a brief battle with cancer on June 21, 2018.
She was a proud graduate of the Durfee High School Class of 1982, and the University of Massachusetts in Dartmouth in 1986. She continued her education with degrees in Paralegal studies from Stonehill College in 1990, and Johnson & Wales University in 1998 and 1999

She has been in the Title Services industry for almost 30 years, most recently with Title Forward, based in Philadelphia, PA.

She leaves five siblings, Barbara Cory, Thomas F. Cory, III, John Cory, and Christine Cory, all of Fall River Michael Cory and his wife Lucy of Westport; nieces and nephews, Robert and Matthew Robillard, Kerri Cory Moniz, Jennifer, Derick, Rachel and Chelsey Cory, and Laura Lee and Jacob Anctil, Great nieces and nephews Kherington Moniz, Cameron Cory, Jade-Alexis Cory and Tayden Martins.

Lisa will be remembered as a fun-loving person, who enjoyed traveling, was well read, was well known as part of the "meddling aunts," infamous as one of the "unfound treasures," and a devote NCIS fan.

She spent many summers enjoying time at Round Meadows in Little Compton with the rest of the family.

She was a good and loving soul who will be sadly missed.

Visitation to which family and friends are invited will be held Monday, from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So. Main St., Fall River.

Her funeral mass will be held Saturday, June 30 at Blessed Trinity Church at 10:00 A.M. Burial will be private.
