Lillian (Desmarais) Lapre

Lillian (Desmarais) Lapre, 82, of Fall River, entered into rest Sunday, March 20, 2016. An Honorary Life Member of ILGWU now UNITE, she was employed by Terry Dee Manufacturing and Kim & Jim Manufacturing. She was an avid bingo player. She leaves a daughter, Sharon Desmarais and her husband Francis of Tiverton; brothers, Paul Desmarais of Westport, MA and Normand Desmarais of Florida and nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late James Cabral; the former wife of the late Paul Lapre; the daughter of the late Edmond and Lillian (Folger) Desmarais and the sister of the late Donald, Robert, Eugene, Edmond and Sheila Desmarais. Her funeral will be held Friday at 9:00 a.m. from the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass at St. Mary Cathedral at 10:00 a.m. Interment, St. Patrick Cemetery. Visitation, Thursday from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Large parking area & barrier-free entrance at the rear of funeral home.
